Pursuant to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation as well as Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on personal data protection and the guarantee of digital rights, we hereby inform users of this website that the personal data provided through it by completing a form or sending an email or any other means will be processed in accordance with this Data Protection Policy.  The data controller is the Valgrande Compensation Board.

Our policy as a company is to take the necessary measures to guarantee the security of the data and the privacy rights of all users as well as offer the greatest possible transparency with regard to our personal data protection practices.  

For these purposes, “personal data” shall mean the information provided via this website in relation to the use of the service which may directly or indirectly identify the user (name, address, phone numbers, email address and similar information).

The Valgrande Compensation Board hereby reserves the right to modify this policy in order to adapt it to changes in the law, jurisprudential criteria, sector practices or the entity’s interests. Any modification to it will be announced so you may be perfectly aware of the content.

2.- What type of information do we collect?

The User is liable for the veracity of the information provided via this website and for keeping their data updated so that they correspond to their real situation. Thus, the User will be liable for any false or inaccurate information provided and for any damages caused for such reason to the Valgrande Compensation Board or third parties.  The Valgrande Compensation Board hereby reserves the right to exclude any users from the registered services who provide false or erroneous data without prejudice to any other legal actions that may be taken as allowed by law.

The information shown on the Website comes from the Valgrande Compensation Board databases and, therefore, the Compensation Board makes its best efforts to keep the information added to the Website accurate and updated.

  1. How is the information collected?

Data will be collected by means of the forms completed by Users as well as through any of the contact forms made available to the public at this website.

At least the fields marked with an asterisk must be completed when data are collected on a form and not through another open means such as via the contact email address.  Otherwise, the Valgrande Compensation Board may not accept or manage compliance with the relationship established.

  1. How do we process personal data?

The Valgrande Compensation Board collects information for the following purposes:  

  • To enable contact with users who send any type of query or request or to process any type of petition (including commercial ones) from the user through any of the contact methods made available to the user at the Website; and
  • To manage the commercial and/or advertising relationship for services, projects and activities undertaken by the Compensation Board.

The data will be processed on the basis of user consent which may be revoked at any time.  However, any such revocation will not affect the lawfulness of any data processed prior to withdrawal of consent. The provision of data is voluntary.  Notwithstanding, the queries submitted may not be processed without such provision.

If third-party data is provided, the user is liable for having previously informed said party of all of the provisions of this clause and securing their consent.

The Valgrande Compensation Board guarantees the security and confidentiality of all personal data provided. For such purpose, it has implemented the adequate technical and organizational measures necessary to prevent the alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access pursuant to a personal data processing risk analysis performed as stipulated in the General Data Protection Regulation. 

  1. How long do we keep the data collected?

The data collected will be saved until the query, request or petition has been resolved and even afterwards until any liabilities that may derive have prescribed.

  1. What rights do users have?

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, users are hereby informed of the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability with a written and signed request including the following information: full name, address for notification purposes, a photocopy of their national identity document or passport, and the specific request. The written request must be sent to the Valgrande Compensation Board via any of the addresses indicated above.

You are also hereby informed that a claim may be filed with the Spanish Data Protection Agency in the event of any breach of your rights.
